Spacemen 3 Original Member Pete Bassman On Theft Of Band’s Logo By Former Manager, Jason Pierce and Sonic Boom Working In Tandem For The First Time In 26 Years And Three Decades Of Band Royalties Being Less Than A Year’s Wages From A Part Time Job

Bassman on Jason Pierce and Sonic Boom working together after decades of not even speaking to each other:
“Jason is a great musician and deserves respect for his achievements. He is a nice guy. I do not think he enjoys contention or conflict so I think he has decided to become involved with some reservation but for the right reasons.”
“If litigation is inevitable this will mean that Sonic and Jason will have to continue to work together, perhaps this may provide the means for both of them to resolve any differences and establish better relations.”
