2013 Anticipated Albums – Updates

So far we’ve previewed some of 2013’s most buzzed albums, as well as run down additional records confirmed for the next few months. An outline of other LPs slated for this year but without release dates is here and albums that are possible but not guaranteed for this year are here.

Everyday at the start of any year artists announce album titles and street dates, upload promo videos and spread release details on social media. Updates since the postings of above linked articles will be collected here as plans roll out for top anticipated albums. So far that means new albums announced from The Strokes, Cold War Kids, Akron/ Family, Elvis Costello with The Roots and others (listen to The Strokes new “One Way Trigger” on soundcloud).
