“Stand up late in octagon heights, living that octagon life/ wiping the girls off with octagon baby wipes,” Kool Keith raps on “Octagon Octagon” – the lead track from Dr. Octagon’s first album in 20 years, Moosebumps: An Exploration Into Modern Day Horripilation. It took two decades for Keith, Dan The Automator and DJ Qbert to release a sequel to debut album Dr. Octagonecologyst, but as of April 6th it’s finally here and streaming in full on Spotify and above. A deluxe edition on CD with the instrumental tracks for the entire album on 140 gram black vinyl will be released April 21st for Record Store Day. Bulk is pressing 4000 copies of the 2 LP + CD set with alternate gatefold artwork and printed inner sleeves. List price is $25.98. The cover art and tracklist follows below.
