Want Free Tickets to The Hangout Music Festival with Flaming Lips, Black Keys, My Morning Jacket and Paul Simon?

The Hangout Music Festival – self-proclaimed as “Three Days of Sun, Sand and Music”– is coming to the Gulf Shores of Alabama on May 20-22nd and you can – possibly – attend for free.

CMJ is picking at random a winner to receive two free tickets to the Hangout.  The lucky fan will be notified on April 27, 2011 – so enter today!  Oddly, the page link to enter isn’t working at the moment, but you can still enter through the cache page, here.

In addition to CMJ, you can also try your luck at Stereogum and Paste.

pastemagazine.com: “No other location allows music fans the opportunity to hear three consecutive days of their favorite bands while experiencing mind, body and spirit rejuvenation on the beach. We have a pair of three-day passes to giveaway to one lucky Paste reader! Click here to ENTER! For more information on Hangout Fest, click here. Giveaway ends April 28th. “

stereogum.com: “Stereogum is an official media partner of this year’s Hangout Music Festival… the second year of the beach-side fest, and our first time attending. In 2010 the event brought tens of thousands of much-needed tourists to the state’s Gulf area in the wake of the devastating Deepwater Horizon oil spill… We’ll be on site doing interviews and tweets and metal detecting, but first we’re kicking things off with a ticket giveaway. One of you gets one (1) pair of tickets to the three-day event… To enter, just comment [here] with YOUR FAVORITE BAND FROM ALABAMA. We’ll pick the winner randomly when the sweepstakes ends… 4/25/11 at 6 PM EST. Good luck!”

Although set times and stages haven’t been revealed for the Hangout yet, the full daily line-up and approximate order is here.  Visit hangoutmusicfest.com for full festival information.
